Nickel Micro Screens for Sugar Continuous Centrifugals
Nickel micro screens are the primary separation component in sugar continuous centrifugal machines. Positioned inside the centrifugal basket, the screen allows liquid molasses to pass through its precisely formed slots while retaining sugar crystals for discharge. The slot width, open area, surface finish, and structural integrity of the screen directly determine how efficiently your centrifugal separates sugar from molasses — and how much sugar you recover from each tonne of cane processed.
Samruddhi Enterprises manufactures electroformed nickel micro screens for A, B, and C massecuite continuous centrifugals. Our screens are produced using 99.99% pure virgin S-grade nickel; no scrap, formed by a fully automated electroforming process, and finished with 12–18 micron hard chrome plating for extended wear resistance.
We supply two product ranges:
- Standard Nickel Micro Screens — our full range of established screen models, covering all standard slot widths, open areas, and machine dimensions used in the Indian and international sugar industry
- Modified Nickel Micro Screens — our proprietary high-performance screen with higher open area, tighter slot tolerances, and greater thickness than standard screens, available for B and C massecuite grades

Custom Screen Manufacturing
We manufacture nickel micro screens to any specification that falls outside our standard range.
- Manufacture to drawing — provide a dimensional drawing and we will produce screens to your exact specification, including non-standard diameters, heights, cone angles, and slot configurations
- Manufacture from sample — if you have an existing screen that needs to be replicated, send it to us and we will measure and reproduce it to the same or improved specification
- Non-standard slot widths — we can produce slot widths other than our standard 0.06mm and 0.09mm range. Tell us your required slot width and open area and we will advise on feasibility
- A massecuite screens — available on request. Contact us with your machine model and specification
- Single screens and bulk orders — both accepted. There is no minimum order quantity
- Short lead time on repeat orders — customers who have ordered previously benefit from faster turnaround as their specification is already in our system
