Inside every sugar continuous centrifugal, a nickel micro screen does the most critical job in the factory: separating sugar crystals from molasses with micron-level precision. Samruddhi Enterprises manufactures high-precision electroformed nickel micro screens that hold their slot tolerances longer, resist wear better, and are engineered to improve sugar recovery throughout the crushing campaign. Made using 99.99% pure virgin S-nickel; no scrap at all and plated to 12–18 microns with hard chrome — four to six microns above the standard industry norm — our screens are built for the demanding conditions of continuous centrifugal operation.
