Home / About Samruddhi Enterprises – Precision Nickel Screen Manufacturer, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, India

Built on Precision. Driven by Results.

Samruddhi Enterprises is a specialised manufacturer of high-precision nickel micro screens for sugar continuous centrifugals, headquartered at MIDC Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra — in the heart of India’s largest sugar-producing state.

Founded on a simple conviction — that a better screen means a better season — the company has spent 15+ years developing the manufacturing processes, quality systems, and product innovations that today serve sugar mills across India and in export markets from Southeast Asia to East Africa.

Every screen that leaves our facility is built using 99.99% pure virgin S-grade nickel; no scrap, electroformed with fully automated precision, and hard chrome plated to 12–18 microns — four to six microns above the industry norm. The result is a screen that holds its tolerances longer, resists slot enlargement better, and delivers measurably more sugar per campaign.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Our manufacturing process is built around electroforming — the most precise method available for producing nickel micro screens with accurate, consistent slot geometry. Every screen is produced using 99.99% pure virgin S-grade nickel; no scrap and finished with hard chrome plating applied at 12 to 18 microns thickness. Our facility at MIDC Ahilyanagar is equipped for fully automated electroforming production, supported by ERP-based process monitoring and quality control at every stage.

Production capabilities:

  • Fully automated electroforming process for consistent, repeatable output
  • Hard chrome plating applied at 12–18 microns — above the industry standard of 8–12 microns
  • Production across standard screen models NK 1100/30, NK 1500/30, WK 1150/30, and KC 1100/30
  • Custom screens manufactured from customer drawings, samples, or written specifications
  • Slot widths from 0.04mm to 0.09mm, with open areas from 6% to 11.5% depending on configuration
  • Screen configurations available across B and C massecuite grades

Custom manufacturing:

We accept custom orders for any screen dimension, slot configuration, or specification not covered by our standard range. If you have a drawing, an existing screen as a sample, or a written specification, we can manufacture to it. There is no minimum order quantity — we supply single screens as well as bulk seasonal requirements.

Our Approach

How We Work

We do not use incoming inspection as a substitute for process control. Quality in nickel screen manufacturing is determined by what happens during production — the purity of the nickel, the stability of the electroforming bath, the consistency of the chrome plating — not by what is checked at the end. Our ERP-integrated production system monitors every stage in real time and every finished screen is checked against more than 20 dimensional and performance parameters before it leaves our facility.

We supply the same specification on every order. A customer who bought screens from us three seasons ago receives screens made to exactly the same standard today. This consistency matters in a manufacturing environment where screen performance directly affects yield, and where a change in screen quality mid-season is difficult to diagnose and expensive to correct.

We work with sugar mills on a repeat-supply basis. Most of our customers place pre-season orders and we plan production accordingly. We maintain clear communication on lead times and delivery and do not overcommit on availability.

Manufacturing Philosophy

Quality is Built In — Not Inspected In

We believe quality cannot be added at the end of a production line. It must be designed into every step of the manufacturing process — from the purity of the nickel we source, to the precision of our electroforming bath, to the uniformity of our chrome plating thickness.

That is why we operate an ERP-integrated quality management system that tracks every screen through every stage of production in real time. Before any screen leaves our facility, it is checked against 20+ performance and dimensional parameters. No exceptions.

Location Advantage

Located Where It Matters Most
Plot No. G-93, MIDC Area, Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra 414111 — our location is not incidental. Ahmednagar district sits at the centre of Maharashtra’s sugar industry, with major mills in Kolhapur, Solapur, Nanded, Pune, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar all within practical delivery reach.

For Indian sugar mills, this means shorter lead times, lower freight costs, and a supplier who understands the local crushing calendar — and can move fast when you need an urgent replacement before the season begins.

For international buyers, our MIDC address is well-served by freight logistics to Nhava Sheva (JNPT), India’s busiest container port, enabling reliable shipping timelines to ports across Asia and Africa.

Our Commitment

Reliable & Consistent Quality

Every screen we make meets the same specification. No batch-to-batch variation. No compromise when demand is high.

Technical Support

Our team understands centrifugal operations. We help you choose the right screen for your machine and massecuite grade — and we're available after the sale.

Competitive Lead Times

We plan production to match the Indian crushing calendar. Pre-season orders are prioritised. Emergency requirements are handled with urgency.
